CREAMY PARMESAN & ARTICHOKE STUFFED MUSHROOMS (1)
Ingredients
18-20 med- large mushrooms
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, room temperature
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Creamy Parmesan & Artichoke Dip Mix
1 Tbsp. Spinach & Herb Mix
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Creamy Parmesan & Artichoke Dip Mix, Spinach & Herb Mix and cheese, mix well. Stuff mushrooms with mixture. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm. Mushrooms can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
